Welcome to Hoosier Heroes!

Indiana Dollars for Scholars invites all Indiana high school juniors and seniors to participate in the Hoosier Heroes program for a chance to win one of ten $2,000 scholarships. Just follow these three simple steps:

1. Select a living, current or former Indiana resident who inspires you to nominate as your Hoosier Hero, in one of the following categories:

• Arts & Athletics
• Business, Science & Technology
• Education
• Personal Inspiration
• Service

2. Using the resources provided in our Student Tools section to help you, create a well-written and inspiring essay about your Hero, nominating him or her as a Hoosier Hero in one of the categories listed above.

3. Submit your nomination through our online form, or print a nomination form, complete it, and mail with your essay to:

All nominations must be submitted online or postmarked by
January 31, 2011.
