Plenary Session:
Overview of ChapterNet; Training, Support and Adoption Plan

In this session you will receive an overview of Scholarship America’s national plan as it relates to Dollars for Scholars, and get a full preview of the entire ChapterNet suite of tools.

Session 1: Setting Up the Chapter Website
In this hands-on session, you will work together to set up your chapter’s website. You will learn how to design and develop the site and how to add text, images and links. Before the session is done, you will have created enough of your website so that you can go back home, finish it and have it up and public within days.

Session 2: Setting up Online Scholarship Applications and Scholarship Management
In this working session, you will learn how to manage your online scholarship program. You'll set up a unique chapter profile, plus individual scholarship descriptions and applications. Those applications, combined with the online profiles that students will create, come together as a seamless, integrated scholarship matching process. Webinar sessions in January and February 2012 will teach you how to score and award those scholarships, all using ChapterNet tools.

Wrap-Up: In this session we will cover on-going support activities and answer questions about Scholarship America, Dollars for Scholars and ChapterNet.
